My background combines deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership and an entrepreneurial approach. I’ve led end-to-end projects, built and coordinated international teams, and collaborated closely with both business stakeholders and operational teams on the shop floor.
I specialize in custom software development, process automation, system architecture, and data-driven solutions. Over the years, I’ve been deeply involved in MES, ERP, BI, and industrial systems, helping organizations translate complexity into structured, scalable platforms.
More recently, my focus has expanded toward emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and advanced analytics. I use AI not as a buzzword, but as a concrete tool to improve efficiency, support decision-making, and unlock value hidden in data. To me, digital transformation is successful only when it produces measurable impact and is truly adopted by the people who use it every day.
